  1. Anxiety is awful. For me, I love drinking Matcha tea – it always lifts my mood and enhances my creativity. Writing is a great way to release anxiety too. Sometimes I’m so engrossed in what I’m writing that I forget about whatever I was worrying about. Also, writing sometimes helps me sort out a problem I’m having, so I feel better about whatever issue I’m facing. I’m always up for getting lost in a good book, too.

      I haven’t tried Matcha tea, I will have to go buy some!
